Villa - Manor - Mansion - Finca... grand holiday homes The term "Finca" which translated literally simply means "plot" is used in the Canary Islands to denominate an agricultural plot of land with its (refurbished) houses. It is often fenced in and the houses of a Finca usually share the pool and other resources (parking etc.) In general a Finca is too large to be rented by a single party and is therefore divided into smaller units. Most Fincas can be leased as a whole though if desired. The same is true for some houses so large, one might well call them manors. This page shows these grand homes for rent as a whole. |
