This holiday let is located aside all
mass tourism in the beautiful village “Area” by Los
Realejos, known for its many attractions.
It lies very tranquil
and only 300 meters from the sea.
The apartment is new, in a
three story house with stunning views to the sea.
The spacious
flat with over 115 square meters of living space and 3 bedrooms,
a large living room with dining area, kitchen and two bathrooms
offers ample space for up to seven guests.
The living area has
large doors with muntin windows and is light-flooded. It is furnished
with style and leads to the balcony with its exceptional view
over the Atlantic. A set top box for Astra satellite reception
is connected to the TV for your viewing pleasure.
The kitchen is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen.
It has 4 ceramic hot plates, oven, freezer / fridge combination
and many smaller kitchen helpers.
Directly next to the kitchen lies a small laundry
room with a washing machine.
The holiday flat is equipped with a complete set of towels, kitchen towels, bedclothes
and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The apartment has a total of three bedrooms. Two larger ones and one smaller.
They are all sunny and light. In two of them you will find built-in cupboards.
The master bedroom has an en-suite, modern bathroom with bathtub, wash-basin
and WC.
The 2nd bathroom is equipped with a shower, wash-basin and WC.

and don´t miss Loro Parque.
Eating out
Many spanish restaurants with very fersh fish and sea fruit. Also
restaurants that serve tapas and local (meat) dishes plus
the ever present pizzerias, cafés, bars, and a must see;
the restaurant Monasterio.
The village
Los Realejos has many very scenic walkways and paths
at sea side or in the mountains just as it offers sea and
sun and even some isolated bays very close by. This is not far from
the pool complex “Maritim”,
a renowned tourist attraction. Unique are the many beautifully
restored mansions and town houses with their romantic patios that contribute
to the very special flair found only here.
Enjoy a culinary
trip through Los Realejos while you are here. Our special recommendation
is the “Monasterio” where
Spanish and German dishes are served in an old refurbished
monastery and the restaurant “La Finca” close by the apartment.
