The terraces and balconies of the holiday lets are in gerneral facing south. Some offer stunning sea views or a direct exit to the large and spacious pool area. The ground floor apartments are shadier as the terraces lead onto a planted garden area separated from the (very quiet) street by a metal fence. These ground floor holiday apartments and studios are a better choice for those who prefer a little shade. |

The kitchens and bathrooms (studio and apartments)
are well suited and equipped for preparing small meals. A fridgidaire
and toaster, microwave and hot water maker plus two hot plates, pots,
pans and dishes are provided. In the bathroom some apartments have a bathtub but most are equpped with a shower. Towels and bedclothes are provided by the house. |

All holiday lets feature a giant
mirrored cupboard with sliding doors so there is plenty of space to hang
wardrobe if needed. This image shows clearly that the studios offer plenty of space too. |

| The holiday apartments come in two flavors. All have the large double winged door leading outside from the living area as shown here (though this image is from a studio - notice the bed in the back). This includes the apartments type I. Some - called holiday rental apartment type II - have a secont door like the one shown, adjecent to the first leading outside from the bedroom. This has pro and cons (as most things in life do...). It makes a very open and spacious atmosphere when all doors are opened but it may get windy and if you want to sleep late, maybe a bedroom with just a smaller window (darker) may be better for you (type I). |
