This residential complex is quite new (built ~the year 2000) and upkept to the highest of standards with security personnel on duty around the clock.
The centre of the complex is the very large pool area. A perfect place to swim and sunbathe or relax in the shade. To the right, the esplanade leads at seaside to Westhaven Bay with its restaurants, stores and bars. More shopping facilities are only a short walk away.
The apartment “Balcon del Mar” consists of a living room with American kitchen, 1 separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It lies on the third floor of the building and features stunning views. Left hand side you can see the sea, then there is view to Mt. Teide which in winter might be covered in snow over the rooftops of Costa del Silencio and even further to the right you may see the sea again. A true panoramic view.
The apartment is fully equipped to a very high standard. It was meant to be used by the owner himself, so interiors and utensils are of better quality than standard.
In the kitchen you will find all kinds of pots and pans, dishes and glasses with style and so forth. It is equipped with a built-in fridge, a freezer/fridge combination, electric oven and hot plates, dishwasher, coffee maker, and much more white goods and utensils. The apartment also provides many towels, bedclothes, blankets and more.
In the living room there is a sturdy leather sofa which converts to sleep two if desired.
The balcony is quite spacious (over 6 square meters) and is equipped with awnings left and right hand side of the balcony to ensure privacy.
In the bedroom a large cupboard provides plenty of storage space. Here there are two beds, bedside cabinets and a ceiling mounted fan.
This apartment is a place to feel welcome, homely and safe. The pool landscape is extraordinary, the walks are relaxing, and the apartment complex is clean and secure. A car is not a necessity as all amenities are easily accessible on foot. A trip to close by beaches and sightseeing can be done by bus which frequent Costa del Silencio on a regular basis.

Hikers and sightseeing enthusiasts have a good home base here as you can easily reach all points of interest on Tenerife starting from Costa del Silencio.
